A Midsummer Night’s Dream is the ninth consecutive Shakespeare production to be presented in the beautiful surrounding of the Victoria Esplanade. Summer Shakespeare has become something of a Palmerston North institution, offering quality theatre created by the members of the community working in conjunction with established professionals, to audiences of all ages.
We have presented five comedies (A Midsummer Night’s Dream will be the sixth) and three tragedies. In order, these were:
